Leaping Hare is the home of Thetford Tourist Information Centre. At their offices in King Street you can pick up information on local visitor attractions, purchase tickets for many local events and book tickets for coach travel.
Tickets for our concerts are available from the Leaping Hare office or via their online service (for which there is a small charge)
The Neil Webster Music Trust is dedicated to promoting amateur choral singing. and enhancing its quality by encouraging the training of amateur choir leaders and conductors. Thetford Singers have sung in support of the Trust which has also helped Thetford Voices with repertoire.
Eboracum Baroque are a professional baroque ensemble (choir and orchestra) performing all across the UK and Europe. They regularly give concerts in a number of National Trust properties across the UK and have toured to Germany and Estonia with live National Radio broadcasts in both countries. They perform on period instruments in a historically informed style and were described by The Guardian as ‘Stylish Choral Singers’ They run an active education programme delivering workshops in schools and working with the Horrible Histories author, Terry Deary.
Thetford Twinning Association was founded in 1992 and works with the town council to organise formal twinning with Spijkenisse in Holland, Les Ulis in France and Hürth in Germany. Follow this link to find out more…
